Terms of Service — CMPStack

Agreement

These terms are an agreement between you and CMPStack, the operator of the CMPStack service at cmpstack.com. By using CMPStack, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

Service description

CMPStack provides tools to configure and embed cookie consent banners, log consent events, and integrate analytics with consent controls.

Your responsibilities

You are responsible for configuring your banner accurately, maintaining valid privacy and cookie policy links, verifying domain ownership, and ensuring your use of the service complies with applicable laws. CMPStack does not provide legal advice.

Plans and billing

Free and paid plans may have different limits on domains, exports, and branding options. Paid subscriptions renew monthly unless canceled through the billing portal. Refunds are governed by our separate Refund Policy.

Acceptable use

You may not abuse public APIs, attempt to access other users' data, interfere with service operation, or use the platform for unlawful purposes.

Disclaimer

The service is provided "as is" without warranties. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages to the extent permitted by law.

Governing law and jurisdiction

These terms are governed by the laws of the People's Republic of Bangladesh, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. You and CMPStack submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Bangladesh, except that either party may seek injunctive or other urgent relief in any court of competent jurisdiction.
